Hi Durbanites! It is so wonderful to be able to gather together more freely in Level 1. Let us hope October Events are not a result of campaigning by our government and we can actually start getting back to relatively normal activities once again.

Westville Warehouse

A Fun Find! My friends and I discovered Westville Warehouse. I wasn’t sure about this place as had never been. It looks quite rustic on arrival but It’s a great atmosphere and vibe. It’s unusual, unique and arty! A lot of interesting people. I love finds like this in Durban. Something a bit different, fun and colourful. The service and food were great. Overall I loved it. Can’t wait to go back!

Karaoke at Pintos

Friday night is Karaoke at Pintos! John Cameron from Clock Radio is your host! They are very cautious and do adhere to COVID-19 protocols. Serving delicious pizza and other pub grub, Pintos also have a new section with pool tables. A fun night out with friends!

Local is Lekker Flea Market

Sunday in Pinetown! Not to miss the Flea market at the Pinelands Tennis Club. Food stalls, music, stuff for kids and so much more!

Serrotone is at Stretta Cafe Hillcrest

YAY!!! I love these guys! I interviewed them last year and you can read that article here. They are back at Stretta after a long 18-month gap due to the COVID restrictions. Serrotone has played at Shongweni a couple of times, so just follow their Facebook page to see where they will be performing next.
